Warranties/ Refunds and Returns
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE
When your order arrives, please check to see that everything listed on the packing slip/invoice is there and in good condition.
Damage claims must be filed with the respective shipper. If you need help, please e-mail Customer Service.
All product returns must be processed within 30 days from the date of the invoice. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty policy applies.
Retain all packaging material and documentation. We recommend you package your return securely and insure it for the value of the contents.
Prior to returning any product, e-mail Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will not accept any returns without an RAN. The RAN is only valid for 10 days after it has been issued and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. If the return does not have a RAN clearly visible and displayed on the outside of the box, the product will be refused, and returned at the customer's expense. This will delay crediting your account.
When Contacting customer Service for a RAN, please include the following information: Customer name, invoice number, and the reason for the return.
For unopened items received within the 30-day return period, you will receive a full refund or store credit, less shipping and handling.
All defective products returned within the 30-day return period will be accepted directly by Botanical.com for credit or replacement.
Replacement or refund for defective items will be made when the item has been returned and confirmed as defective.
The warranty on Ballasts is void if the Ballast has been opened.
All non-defective products received within the 30-day return period, must be returned 100% complete, in resalable condition, including original packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to shipping, handling and restocking fees.
All returns that do not conform to our Return Policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
