Question: Why is the "shipping weight" listed on check-out much higher than the actual weight on items such as reflectors, etc?
Answer: UPS bases the "shipping weight" on the size of the box.
It is calculated: (L x W x H in inches) / 194 = the weight in pounds that UPS charges for that box.

Order Confirmation
We will send email to acknowledge your orders with us. Under no circumstances would we ever expose any of your financial information (e.g. credit card number) in email.
We use a sophisticated form of address verification for all credit transactions to protect us and our customers against fraud. If the billing address for the credit card does not match the shipping address for a customer, we hold the order for verbal, personal verification. We are happy to arrange all manner of off-line payments (such as money orders and bank checks, personal checks, etc.) with you. We vigorously pursue all attempts at intentional credit card fraud and will ignore any concept of confidentiality or privacy when dealing with fraudulent transactions.
For online orders we can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks and Money Orders. With personal check and money order transactions, we will hold your online order until payment has been received at our offices. In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible we ask that you please be sure to fill out all of the information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted your online order you will be notified immediately that it has securely reached our office and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

UPS Ground Residential
UPS Next Day Air - Saturday deliver is an additional $15.00
UPS 2nd Day Air - Saturday deliver is an additional $15.00
UPS charges $15 for Saturday Delivery. If you wish delivery on Saturday, please state so in the "Special Instructions" box on check out. Your order will be charged an additional $15.
Since we ship from Arcata California (zip code 95518), if you are located in California, Oregon or Washington, and Ship UPS Ground, your order will probably arrive in 1 or 2 days. To estimate UPS shipping times, please visit UPS Calculate Time and Cost.
Since a signature confirming deliver of order may be required, if you will not be at home, you can make arrangements with the shipper to pick up the order at their office.
Orders placed with a Fraudulent or Stolen Credit Card will be reported to the authorities!
